Michael Moore

Michael Moore is a United States Navy Veteran with an unwavering commitment to public service. His post-military career includes private sector, federal, state and municipal government experience. He is an active member of various community and professional organizations that serve veterans and those less fortunate. Michael has an extensive professional background in operational, project and program management as well as information technology. He is also an entrepreneur and founder of a consulting firm and global philanthropic organization. Service is very important to Michael. His dedicated service to humanity is demonstrated through personal acts and community-based organizations as a government employee, boards,  advisor, officer, committee member and volunteer. He has long served Houston’s homeless population. Currently, his focus is the quality of life for fellow military veterans and the people of impoverished communities in developing countries. Michael serves veterans by volunteering and connecting them with VSOs (Veteran Service Organizations). He serves the people of impoverished communities through his organization that supports and sponsors education and heath initiatives abroad. Michael has an unwavering commitment to serve undeserved and resource-limited populations. Michael is an alumnus of Prairie View A&M University (Texas) where he studied Electrical Engineering and Naval Science along with graduate studies in Education Administration & Leadership. His education also includes participation in programs and certifications from various institutions. His affiliations include Rotary International, Leadership Houston, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc, Lone Star Veterans Association and other service and professional organizations.] Michael Moore is committed to IThrive Networks mission to bridge the gap and create empower and unity between women who serve[d].
